End of cut day 3! 800 calories, means there is now $3 in my splurge account.
That right there, was dinner, and it was orgasmic. Ok maybe not orgasmic, but tasted damn good none the less. The mahi mahi burger from whole foods did not disappoint~ can't decide between whether this one is better or if the salmon burgers are. Basic mix of greens and addins topped with the crumbled burger. Hummus dressing makes any salad more grourmet... especially if you sprinkle it on and make it look pretty~ just fooling myself here. But the recipe is really simple. 2 tbs hummus mixed with 1 tbs apple cider vinegar, and I like to add a dash of tobasco for some spice. Off to watch the last episode of Honey&Clover(sadness, need to find more episodes) and call it a night!Wednesday, February 17, 2010
